Cashier seemed inconvenienced because I wanted to order. Weird vibe. No courtesy or politeness. Also the seating is sparse and uncomfortable, they must not want it to be a comfortable place to enjoy your food. I don’t know what else to say, just a weird and uncomfortable experience.
It’s a nice looking location, but the people working there seemed to really hate their jobs.

The Starbucks located at 116 N Whittaker St, New Buffalo, MI 49117 is a charming addition to the downtown area. Opened in June 2021, this location occupies the former Clipper Ship Gallery building and is owned by Marc Danesi, also the proprietor of the Stray Dog Bar & Grill. The store has become a popular stop for both locals and visitors, offering a cozy atmosphere and a full range of Starbucks beverages.

One of the worst Starbucks I’ve been to. The lady at the front taking orders didn’t make eye contact and rolled her eyes when I approached. Then when I did order (nothing hard a flat white and water) she rolled her eyes again; and then groaned when I didn’t tip more than 15% - which was selected for me btw. I then waited for my order completely unsure if it was even right based on how she treated and it was not. Additionally several other orders were wrong and multiple customers in front of me were returning orders / making them re do them to which every barista acted like we were the biggest inconvenience- location is fun / historic but people are not

No internet!! I couldn’t use my Starbucks app after multiple attempts!! Wasn’t able to get my 5 days in a row bonus points even thought we had 6 visits in 5 days (of course this visit was on day 3). So frustrating! Staff was unfriendly too. We frequent Starbucks at least 3-4 times a week and this was the most frustrating experience we have ever had. No wonder the coffee ship down the street was lined up out the door and no one was on Starbucks. Step it up, New Buffalo Starbucks!! Train your staff some courtesy and manners… fix your internet.

I moved about five minutes from this location so it's been my weekend Starbucks all summer! The drinks are always made super well and the employees are so nice to get me a pup cup when I request one at online pickup even when busy!

Ordered a turkey bacon breakfast sandwich through the app. All I received was an egg sandwich. No cheese or anything, literally just bread and egg :( and it was stuck to the inside of the bag. Tried to call the store and all I got was voicemail. This was on Thursday. It’s still no Sunday and no call back. Couldn’t go back to the store as I was on my lunch break. I eat out most days and will not be returning back to this location.
Playground fro children I have been to Mc Donald’s that are more peaceful and quite not the typical coffee shop crowd you won’t be able to conduct any business or have simple meeting without being interrupted by someone’s unaccompanied child
