We came here earlier this year on a field trip with our youngest. Tried samples of their fresh cheese and meat sticks. Fell in love immediately. We decided to come and grab some stocking stuffers like smoked cheese, sausage, and some cakes. We absolutely love taking the 45 minute drive to get some of the freshest cheese and meats!
We love visiting this dairy farm, and now that they have a new class, it has been fantastic to learn how the farm operates and to gain insights about the cows. In this class, we even got to see a blacksmith at work. It has been a wonderful experience, and my kids and I have learned a lot.
Came through to get some ice cream for old times' sake and, being an adult now, I can say the ice cream still holds up. Classic hard scoop is so often underwhelming but Country Dairy is great ice cream.
Shoutout to their coffee beans / grounds for sale – they have good organic bags and organic products are hard to come by in this area in my experience.
