We didn't buy anything but this place is very friendly, seems to be well laid out and offers farm fresh food (including free refils on milk) and groceries plus their own ice cream. Great stop!
Beautiful grounds and a cute stop on our way north. Enjoyed delicious dye-free Blue “Moo” (think Blue Moon) ice cream. What a treat. I never thought I would find something like that! We absolutely will return.
I went there specifically, looking for milk that has not been homogenized. Pasteurized is fine, but I didn’t want homogenized. There was not one person in that store that had any idea what I was talking about. I prefer my whole milk with cream on top that has not been homogenized. I was so frustrated that nobody had any idea what I meant, being a dairy store these employees should understand the process. I was happy that I was able to find some at Hansen’s.
