I love Hungry Howies! Their customer service is usually really good, but I do wish they didn’t outsource their delivery drivers. DoorDash consistently messes things up, which isn’t hungry howies’ fault, but it is quite frustrating. For example, one driver just threw my food onto my porch, didn’t knock at all or let anyone know it was delivered. I came outside to look around when it showed “delivered” to find my food slammed into the porch wall, the pizza all lopsided...
Samantha is amazing!! She always goes above and beyond, and is one of the kindest people I’ve ever met. Every time I get a delivery and see her face at my door. It brings a smile to my face. She deserves a raise above and beyond. To the owner of the store, please acknowledge her she’s a gem to keep.
Samantha deserves a hundred stars for her fantastic customer service and hospitality !! She went over and above to help me out and I appreciated it so much! She seriously made my night!! I’m super pregnant and needed some cheesy goodness which she definitely delivered! Delicious and a great experience!!
