Biggby Coffee Reviews
Seems they are regularly training new folks. probably need better pay.
my drinks are consistently delicious and if there'd ever an issue with my order, they promptly apologize and fix it. these poor folks are constantly dealing with rude customers. People need to cut them a break. owner needs to cut them a bigger check.
Sadly, Newaygo Biggby seems to be VERY slow regularly. On Mother’s Day I walked in thinking I’d get quicker service. I stood there for 5 minutes at the counter and no one greeted me as they were all three right there. As 5 minutes had passed I just walked out.

Usually like it here but the wait was ridiculous for only two cars being in front of me. 20 + minutes! One of the girls out of the two that were there, was literally texting ! I definitely think they need to at least have 3+ people to keep it moving especially on Mondays and Fridays. And maybe have a no phone rule or at least get customers orders done before getting on your phone.

Biggby Coffee is a popular spot for coffee and bagels, offering fast and friendly service. Customers report delicious drinks and accurate orders, with a welcoming atmosphere. The store is clean and comfortable, a great spot to do school work or relax. They offer promotions like BOGO Wednesdays. The staff is friendly, and the vegan bagel is lovely, with non-dairy options available. The barista who served this morning created a delicious scotchy cream freeze with coffee shots, with exceptional customer service and a positive attitude. Even with new folks training, the team deals with rude customers, and the owner needs to cut them a bigger check.
