Loved everything I purchased here, I bought Turkey Pesto, Chicken Salad Sandwich, Cinnamon Roll and Two iced latte coffees, the only very small complaint I have is the size of the large lattes, they are very small and pretty pricey, but other than that the food portions and the taste of everything were very good.
Stopped by Mitten Cafe and had a really good experience. Maddison was very helpful in recommending a coffee without pushing all the fancy flavors, creams, or foam drinks. I’m more of an old-school black coffee person, and the 12 oz Hyperion coffee was perfect. Fresh, hot, and ready within minutes.

I love the mitten! Monroe/Newport area needs more small business like this instead of franchise! They have fun seasonal menus and a kind staff 😊 The best thing I ever had from the Mitten was when they first opened in the fall a couple years ago they offered a sweet potato quiche, it was so amazing. I haven’t seen this on the menu since then but if you’re reading this… Please bring it back… Or share the recipe? 😂 It would be nice to have more vegetarian options but...
