4 times in a row my order has been messed up. Wrong sizes, wrong blizzards, and over charged. Won’t get started on the employees as of late. I get mistakes happen, but 4 times in a row?
While the exterior of the building looks fantastic and my family was so excited to go back to this location finally this summer, the ridiculous prices will be keeping us away. Have lived in the area 12.5 years and their products were always reasonable. This year the large blizzard has had a 35% price increase to OVER $6 after taxes and the star pops my son likes have gone up 100% in cost if you buy them singly. No matter how clear you are about what you want they mess it up. We have given this location several chances and yet again they fail. 1 of our so called blizzards was just vanilla ice cream with specs of chocolate. Was supposed to be snickers. That's just tonight's mistake which is the final straw.
