Where to start. I’ve only been here twice and every time it was a really long wait like 20+ minutes for waiting in the dinning room. The staff seemed nice but they seemed overwhelmed. The food was hot and good but the wait time just killed it for us. And the food is kinda pricey.
They are to rushed looking...and did not give me all my order..had to turn around my car and go back...they locked the door and I had my hands full with my bags could not unlock door...the food was good but cold by the time I got home because I had to go back to get all my order...I spent 88.00$...at niles on 11th street...on Dec 1st 2023..And why on the app I couldn't use my points?...

Amazing food as always, the wait was a little long but the employees definitely made up for it with their stellar work. Only complaint is they missed a sauce packet or two but that is easily excused.
