Customers have two options: hand scooped ice cream or frozen yogurt. The frozen yogurt is paid for by the size cup desired, then customers add their chosen flavor and any toppings from a topping bar, which can be very fun for kids. The hard scoop ice cream is paid per scoop, with additional toppings costing $1 each. Some customers were confused by the organization and pricing scheme, suggesting larger signs outlining all options and pricing or staff to greet and inform customers about the two options and their associated pricing. It is a cute local business with a homie vibe, and visitors from out of town enjoyed their stop, especially its location next to the park. The shop has friendly closing staff.
