Little Caesars Reviews
This place has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I put in an order at 2:30 to be picked up at 5. At 5:15 I had not received a notification it was ready, so I drove over since it is very close. They said the order just came through and that it would be 45 minutes. I said that was unacceptable since I put the order in at 2:30. That’s when some big oaf started yelling at me to get out, that I had no right to say anything since I’ve never done his job, and that...read full review
We ordered online from here a few months ago, we went to pick up our food only to see them hand over our entire order to someone else. They told us that we'd have to wait another half hour while they remade our food. Tonight, we tried ordering from them again and called to place an order directly with an employee. Little Caesars Pizza is a popular pizza restaurant that offers a varied dining experience. While one customer found the food at the Henry Street location to be not as good as they were used to, the staff was praised for their great service and understanding. Another customer had a positive experience, with the staff being very polite and the food being hot and delicious. However, a different customer expressed disappointment with the high prices and the presence of only teenagers working at the restaurant, which they felt would have upset the founder, Mike Illitch, who had aimed to provide affordable pizza. Overall, the reviews suggest a mixed experience at Little Caesars Pizza, with both positive and negative aspects.
