I’m so excited to have found this amazing spot! Fabulous Neapolitan pizzas, delicious drinks and wonderful appetizers. My only regret is that I don’t have time to try their entrees. Lucky find!
This gets a golden star for me. Not the best seating area (more bar vibes) however the food makes up for it and you can go in with flip flops!
Quiet restaurant nestled in a quiet neighborhood outside of Muskegon downtown (8mins).
The marinara is made in house and I could see and taste it from the jump. The best mozzarella sticks I’ve had in a long time. Come to find out the cheese was also made in house and it was stringy and delicious.

I drove by here on my way to someplace else and was hungry so decided to stop for lunch. Just wanted to grab a sandwich. It far exceeded my expectations!! I wasn't expecting such excellent and out of the ordinary Italian food. I have since returned twice because I go by here a lot. I think I may become a regular. It's pleasant, good service and the food is out of this world. I recommend the arancini with a mushroom sauce if you like mushrooms, and also any of the pizzas....read full review

Louie’s Wood Fired Bar + Grill is an amazing spot with fabulous Neapolitan pizzas, delicious drinks, and wonderful appetizers. The restaurant is nestled in a quiet neighborhood outside of Muskegon downtown, with a bar vibe and a beautiful wood fire oven in sight of guests. The food is artisanal and very authentic Italian, with the marinara and cheese made in house. The best mozzarella sticks and excellent classic lasagna are highlights, along with the street corn with chorizo. The Korean pizza and Asian Sticky Rib pizza are delicious, and the Sweet pepper chicken melt is well designed. The staff is highly professional and polite, with great service and no long waits. The atmosphere is great, and the ownership and management are evident. The food is out of this world, with out of the ordinary Italian options and comfort foods, all at a reasonable price. The arancini with a mushroom sauce is recommended, and the cool drink menu adds to the experience. A little out of the way, but worth the trip for food with originality. A place to become a regular, with build your own salad and pizza favorites.
