The staff was getting their butts kicked tonight 11/7 and they were still so friendly and went above and beyond for service. I had to wait an extra 5 min because of a mistake that they caught before even handing me the pizza and they were so apologetic and accommodating. My pizzas were special order, so it was not a big deal to wait a little longer because of a simple mistake but they still made sure to make me feel like my order mattered and it was so refreshing. Extra hats off...
LOVE the classic atmosphere for dining in, especially since so many Pizza Huts are downsized. The staff is ALWAYS helpful, accommodating and welcoming. In most visits, we are recognized as regulars. LOVE Whitehall Rd. PIZZA HUT 🍕🛖🫶🥰
Big miscommunication when I called them and asked about the free kids personal pan pizza from the library’s Summer Reading Program. They said they accepted them but then when I went to pay, they wouldn’t take them but offered me 20% off. I wasn’t going to argue so I just paid for them even though it was suppose to be free.
