Tonight my boyfriend ordered dinner through the online app on his way home from working all day. His drive there was just under 30 minutes. He waited an additional 15 minutes for our order (3 subs), and then brought it home. Mine was made incorrectly so I called the store to ask them to fix the issue. Kaitlin (unsure of spelling) said they could only fix it if they had the sandwich and receipt. I thought cool! When he was done eating he went back up there to get a new one made she continued to make it the same exact way it was made the first time. He noted to her that it wasn't supposed to have onions or peppers so she JUST PICKS IT OFF AND SENDS IT OUT TO HIM LIKE IT WAS NO BIG DEAL. 🤯 Im absolutely mind blown because people with allergies should definitely be aware!! If I could give zero stars I would. This place has gone in the shit hole close it down there are more!!
This subway is always messing up my subs and not being consistent. They don't know how to read their tickets for orders. I'm either getting my sub drenched in dressing when I ask for light dressing or little to no dressing. Order toppings like pickles and black olives and barely get any of both on my sandwich. I've also gotten a sub here and there and it's not cut in half or that the sub bread was falling apart. I'm no longer gonna be going to this location even if its close to my work I'll go to another location or just stop getting subway altogether.
I ordered a chicken sub w marinara and I didn't taste any marinera. Was a gross disappointment.
The subway on 420 Whitehall Rd Muskegon, MI 49445 United States is literally the most messy place I’ve ever been. Every table has crumbs and or whole things of food on the table and is just disgusting. The floors feel like they haven’t moped in weeks. The floors are so sticky that it literally feels like it’s going to take my shoe off and there is so much dirt all over. As someone who worked in the fast food industry for a while this seems like a HUGE health issue literally one of the worst places ever.
I've always loved Subway. I finally tasted a breakfast item and it did not disappoint!

I literally had to call the store to get them to wait on me at the drive thru tonight! Both employees clearly saw me as they even walked by the window. There was only one car in their parking lot. Never said anything to me after waiting there for over 10 minutes with another car behind me too. I keep trying to give this store a chance but I’m done! I’ll never be back here! I’ll drive out of my way to go to another sub shop. There are plenty to choose room.

Subway in whitehall is awesome!! All of the workers treat you nicely!!! The turnover in employees is rare, which makes it easier to order! I go to Subway in whitehall, and often it's nice the workers already know how you like your sub! Hard workers, and they deserve a raise!!!! It is well deserved!! Great job to whitehall Subway! WTG!!

Rudest staff I’ve ever experienced. Horrible tone and attitude. Never put everything I want on the subs. And the subs are messy, even with little items on the sub.
The lady with face tattoos and a 25-30 year old lady were quite sweet to me though, they’re the only ones!

Placed a pick up order and then had to wait 35 minutes after the stated pick up time while they served an entire line of 13 people before starting my order. No apology or care. They know we prepay online and won’t walk out.

I order online. Nearly every order is wrong when received. Meatball subs are frequently stone cold. Food is thrown together and a mess. Items missing. Apparently you have to be in the store watching them make it for them to do it right.

I ordered on line. I sat at the drive through for a few minutes, gave up and went inside. No other customers but no-one spoke to me? 3 very unhappy un friendly people working. The sandwich was good but cold. I don't think I'll be back. I tipped on line and wish I hadn't.
I ordered a 6 inch sub received a 4 inch sub. And they expected me to pay for a 6 inch. This is the second time that this has happened to me.So I will no longer give you any type of business when you're robbing people
