“Delicious (!) and authentic Korean food! Owners couldn't be more delightful. They also own another restaurant in Medford. This one in Ashland is tucked away on the Guanajuato walk behind the Ashland Plaza. (It used to be a coffee shop.) No signage yet, but don't let it stop yu. We shared the Bibimbap (with egg on top) and some dumplings for lunch and it was very yummy!“

“Growing up with a Korean mother who lives too far for that authentic comfort food, this is my go to spot! I go at least 3-4 times a month! Owner is amazing and went out of his way for me for a special sauce I requested. Staff is great too, especially when they cook the meat for you! Very attentive and comfortable setting. Loyal customer for life!“

“We had an amazing experience at this sushi and Korean restaurant! The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The sushi rolls were expertly crafted, and the Korean dishes were perfectly seasoned and authentic.
What really stood out was the staff—they were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel so welcome from the moment we walked in. The service was quick, and they were happy to answer questions and recommend dishes.
The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, which made for a great dining experience overall. I’ll definitely be coming back!“

“Hola Seoul is a unique spot that I really like because it brings the charm of another culture’s cuisine. While I wouldn't call the food experience exceptional, the service really won me over all three times I visited. It's clear that the management genuinely cares about their guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The overall combination of drinks, food, and great service makes it worth visiting. I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in the area.“

“Visited here for the first time and food was tasty! Especially the “sassy fries” Portion sizes were good and there’s a large variety of menu items to choose. Service was average, neither great nor poor. Value was ok as well. Only thing that could be improved is the drink selection- there’s no soda fountain, only a few cans. Though they have some specialty “creams” that I didn’t try. Will be back!“

“Best sushi around!!! My finace is a sushi OBSESSOR and we lived in Chicago for many years. We have tried over 12+ spots here in MI as well as the top spots in Detroit. This is the best! Enough said.
