I can understand being understaffed. However, when there are 8 cars in line, not a SINGLE car has moved in 8 minutes AND the staff is making excuses "there's only one person taking drive thru orders". Well, how has not a single car moved?! There are curbs on both sides so it's not like we can even leave. I've now been in this line for 13 minutes and I'm still 2 cars away from ordering. First time here. Pretty big location and I love the design the furniture the color inside!Got a flat white and it was well done.Pretty busy location order took a few minutes.Parking: Busy during the weekend!Wheelchair accessibility: Ground level door big enough and tables with enough space clearly marked for handicapped.

I'm just not recieving the Starbucks customer care required by staff. Almost every morning there is no line and yet they rush me and don't even make me feel welcome. Not sure I can keep going to this particular Starbucks.
