Was ordering and the lady asked if I wanted a hash brown with my food to make it a meal and I said “that would be great yes” and then I order some Tim bits with no birthday cake ones. They forgot my hash brown and gave me birthday cake TimbitsAnd my large double double iced coffee is mostly cream
I honestly don't understand how the lady in the drive thru can still work there after this many negative reviews about her. After reading the reviews on here I knew exactly who they were referring to, and I was only there once today. I will never be back to this location because of her.I placed an online order for pickup here. There was only one car in line in front of me, so it went very fast. I was there yesterday and ordered a latte and asked for half and half rather than all milk she argued with me saying that was not possible and that I the customer didn't understand what a latte is!!! I told her I have done this many times as I cannot digest milk she continues to lecture me that I am wrong and it's not possible. So upsetting!!! I gave up and got a coffee as I was meeting people.
