Jillian I think her name was; is the nicest and the sweetest server ever encountered in any coffee shop, she should be the president of the United States. Honestly though extremely sweet and friendly, and in the same time professional and sharp.
I always order the everything bagel with cream cheese at Time Horton's and even if specifically tell them not to toast the bagel, they toast it anyway. I'm actually saving them some work, but for some reason, they keep doing the extra work of toasting it.
This Tim Hortons overall is still a good one, but the location needs some remodeling if the adjoining closed Wendy's is going to remain closed and not open a new company next door.

Lady gave me the wrong donut. When I handed it back, she placed it back in the display case to be sold again.

Tim Hortons is known for its impressive service, with staff going the extra mile to accommodate customer requests. A gentleman once made fresh Red Wings donuts for a customer, while Rosa and her team are commended for their consistent kindness that brightens customers' mornings. John and Brinna's helpfulness and excellent customer service are also highly appreciated. However, it is suggested that they offer more options to cater to dietary restrictions.
