Horrible experience! Ordered the Riley medium what i got was raw could not even eat so sent it bad they brought it to me it was cooked all the way! So now I didn't get to eat. I don't usually complain but dang. She didn't even come back till I flagged someone down cause everyone else was done eating for the first Ribeye. She was not where to be seen. Called Monday after picking up our togo order regarding flies floating in our drinks. Talked to a manager to let them know. Both the employee that answered, and the manager I talked to let me know the flies were an ongoing issue. I was told they would be refunding our drinks and calling us back. It’s now Wednesday have yet to receive a phone call back, and no refund. Would not recommend eating there at all, they obviously have a huge fly problem if they are sending drinks out...read full review
