We were planning a trip to Dearborn and were going to go to your restaurant until we saw the video of how unprofessional and rude your employees were. You had the opportunity of free good press and instead your employees chose rude, hateful, unconstitutional behavior. You allow your employees to practice exclusionary tactics of turning away customers. We also noticed that the vocabulary of your manager using profanity in front of children and other customers in an abusive manor is very unacceptable. I will share the video and information with all of our associates to not solicit your business and or any of your other locations. YES it truly is that bad of a representation for your establishment.

My husband and I went for a lunch date. We enjoyed the wraps and smoothies. We tried the chili and it was good but more like a veggie soup consistency with a little meat in it but still good. Id have to say the pricing is high but we will be going back to try more.

Shake tastes like the prior shake was still present not cleaned properly. Got almond & banana shake but it taste like vegetables then the girl working said I would get msg points with purchase I checked the next day NO POINTS.

As everyone else said every time I come to this location the food is wet and today they got my wrap wrong, I knew I should have stayed with my original which was the cob/cali salad. I always tip or try to because I’ve worked these kinds of jobs before *starbies* and I know shifts can be long, hard, and tiresome and I felt like my conversation with the person up front was nice but it’s like they never listened to anything I said ??, in fact I think they gave me entirely someone else’s food, I hope not because someone in front of me sounded very specific with their order but we got similar things, but the thing that had me suspicious was ofc the wrong wrap bread this is after I bought my food for dinner, did my usual plans after dropping my food off at home and came to eat now before bed. I give up on this location I’m sorry but this was my main location when I moved out here a year or two ago from Milford, with how many times I’ve been to this location sure there’s a time line of me on surveillance. I’m not really sure if this is still turkey or not, they gave me kale instead of wheat, the sauce is random too as I got ranch and extra hummus?
This is the one I live closest to, so I have to go to it. The employees are always playing around and cussing, not paying attention to the customers. Orders always take forever. Smoothies are watered down. I've even seen some customers get a larger size smoothie in a regular drink cup because they know the employees.
