Kay and his team are pleasurable and efficient! If I order 1 smoothie or 10, my order is always correct and tasty! They make great food and smoothie recommendations that are always spot on. If it's bright and early in the morning, lunch rush, or 5 minutes before close, im taken care.
I called the Novi location to ask for them to make my sandwich 15 minutes later since I was stuck in traffic. I actually arrived another 30 minutes later, when I picked it up he mention to me I just made it and since you were not on time I figured you were stuck in traffic. I was.
