I can’t say enough good things about my local BIGGBY Coffee! Jess and Veronica are absolutely amazing. Every time I come in, they’re in such a great mood and always make me feel welcome. They whip up the BEST strawberry punch mocktails and their Turkey Havarti Bragel is incredible!
Beyond just making great drinks, they always brighten my day. They take the time to chat, lift my spirits, and even remind me how cool and nice I am — it’s little things like that that make a big difference.
We’re really lucky to have Jess and Veronica in our community. They bring so much positivity and care to their work, and I truly think they deserve an award for their hard work and dedication. BIGGBY is lucky to have them, and so are we!

Saturday the line was ridiculous and the two girls who were working the counter were absolutely fantastic. The amount of effort they put in to take everyone’s orders and make everyone’s coffee was beyond the customer satisfaction experience. Give these girls a raise!!

Why is the consistency nonexistent? If I order a black bear one day, it should taste the same the next, and the same at every store. Your girls here need re-PERC’d with recipe building b/c it’s frustrating to spend money on something that’s different every time. Also, cashiers should know the menu instead of me explaining it to them.

The young lady taking my order the one who had very hairy arms. was very rude!!! She literally rushed me through the order process and didn't help me. Once I got my sandwich which was rushed. I bit into it and it was ice cold like it hadn't even been warmed up I took the sandwich back, and the young lady who made it had an attitude with me!!! Something needs to be done someone is going to get sick!!!
