Thank you, Mrs. Fields, for your after-sales customer service. Even when it was the delivery service's mess, Mrs. Fields stepped up and assisted. Keep up making the world a sweeter place.
Was able to place an order for a cookie cake and pick it up within half an hour! Excellent, friendly Customer Service and my son said it’s the best chocolate chip cookie he’s ever had
Made the order of a large birthday cookie adhoc for same day pickup. The lady who works here was so kind and the order went through smoothly and perfectly. We're all very happy with the presentation and taste of the cookie. Will definitely come back again!
