(New Review for Jada ((Feb 2026)). Ms. Jada provided excellent customer service, biilt rapport, and was patient. The food was good. I hsd leftovers for lunch. I would request to sit in her section on your next visit. (Jasmine review was completed for a from November 2025 visit) Jasmine (with tattoos) was an excellent waitress. She provided excellent customer service. The food was great. I love love love my bang bang shrimp. I had salmon today which was very good too.

We celebrated a friends birthday with dinner at Bonefish Grill in Novi, this is one of her favorite restaurants! Our waitress Hannah was adorable, pleasant, and knowledgeable. We had a visit from Manager Cadi and Managing Partner Dane, both very welcoming. The food was fabulous as usual, have not had a bad meal yet! The restaurant was busy but the atmosphere was great! Will be back for sure!!

I have been to many bonefish grills and usually have a good experience. I was not impressed at this location. The food was very greasy. Even the bang bang shrimp was not crispy at all, very heavy and soggy. They should really re-examine the quality of food coming out of this location. I will definitely not be back.

This location really needs to work on the bartender backload during busy times as we have been to this location several times and again we receive our appetizers before even getting our drinks. Really would like to see them spread the dining room out a bit as we got stuck in a 2 top table between two 4 tops and felt like we were stuck listening to others conversations. Overall, the food and service was good.

We had a wonderful Friday evening meal here. Atmosphere was relaxing despite being a busy time. We never felt rushed. All 3 of our entrees were amazing and Ky, our server, was first class in every way....attentive, patient, polite, and knowledgeable (re: the menu). We will definitely return. We could tell it was a well run establishment.

While I have enjoyed many meals at Bonefish Grill in the past, today the outstanding service provided by Ella made my visit an exceptional experience.
Ella far exceeded my expectations, especially since she was very busy waiting on a number of other tables at the same time she was tending bar. In serving her many customers, Ella was consistently friendly, informative, and professional.
Thanks Ella, you really ensured my lunch hour was warm and fun on a very cold and boring Michigan day! And please thank the chef for me as my corn chowder and fish tacos were delicious.

I attended one of the January monthly pairing. The service was great. The food was great. This was the largest crowd I've seen at one of these events. Changes the experience a bit. I would definitely attend another

Our waiter, Florida Dave, gave us a most pleasurable lunch experience! He was very attentive and helpful. So nice to have such cheery service!
The special meant for two people and 50 dollars was hardly big enough for one person. Not to mention the mahi mahi was DRYhi mahi, the salmon overcooked and had some weird rotten tasting sauce(subjective) Our asparagus was brown but props to Chef Microwave. The Mac and cheese was somehow just as bad womp womp.
Service was INCREDIBLY slow, and that’s a failure on managements part. You should NOT take reservations or walk ins, if you cannot give the proper service.
I reserved my table hours in advance and was still warned I was going to have to wait..
Waitress was VERY nice however, it wasn’t her fault.

No Steve came over for about 10 minutes, so we were “transferred” to another server. This server did her job well, but the food took an hour and we ordered right when the server finally came over. We were offered additional bread while we waited, and the dessert was on the house, but it honestly wasn't very good anyway.
