TERRIBLE experience with wait staff and manager CHELSEA @ Buddy's in Novi!!! I presented a card for a free small pizza (previous problem at another store months ago), waiter said it was expired and would not accept it. I asked to speak with manager, and he asked if I still wanted the salad and pizza I ordered. I said Yes, yes, just put the order in ... Had a conversation with manager who would not honor the card, told me to take it back to the store where I had the problem....read full review
I ordered o line & there was a glitch where my card was charged, but the order didn’t go thru on Buddy’s end. I thought I was gonna be screwed & have to take it up with my card company or wait & see if the charge fell off, but Buddy’s did right by me and made the pizza for me I had ordered online
Had a pizza & salad carry out from the Novi location around lunchtime today (2/17/25) and the pizza was SO GOOD! I mean, it’s always great, but today it tasted unusually scrumptious! Thanks, Buddy’s.
