We've been here a few times on our own and once for a birthday party. Never had any issues. The pizza is actually surprisingly good. The games all worked and the kids had fun. Can't really ask for anymore than that.
Who knew Chuck E Cheese got a makeover? I haven't been since I was a kid but I had a preconceived notion of what to expect, and it definitely exceeded my expectations. I loved that you could buy a game card for a certain period of time and have access to everything! Definitely makes you aware of how much you are spending up front and allows the kids full reign of whatever they want to do.
