Fantastic experience! We love the bistro.
You won’t be disappointed and it’s quick and the service is friendly! We got the French dip delicious and the Asian salad, delicious with salmon.
I always order carry out from this place and it is usually so good and the best tomato soup I’ve ever had but the last three times I’ve ordered it. The soup has not been good and I haven’t received my full order and the food just not as good as it used to be. .

Cafe Bistro at Nordstrom is a nice place to chill out and get away from the mall hub-bub. The dining room is quiet and nicely decorated. While customers order at a counter and seat themselves, the wait staff is very professional and there with a refill or checking on you. The service is outstanding, with friendly and efficient staff who do not rush customers. The food is very good and well above average. The tomato soup is spot on and highly recommended, described as the best tomato soup ever and delightful when served with a warm, cheese toast. The Roma tomato soup is also a favorite. The Mac and cheese is amazing. The burger is very tender with amazing flavor from the cheddar cheese and a unique kalamata olive aioli. The grilled cheese on artisan bread and the cheddar chive biscuit are delicious. For drinks, the wine selection is great, and refills on Arnold Palmers are efficient and often. A little chocolate is brought at the end of the meal. This is a wonderful place to enjoy a lunch break from shopping.
