“I came to the Twelve Oaks food court in the midafternoon hungry and hoping for a small bite of sustenance, pure calories to keep me going for a 4-hour drive up north. Instead what I got was an Incredible Burger, a burger so tasty and delightful that it will sustain me for not only the afternoon but perhaps the weekend“

“I ordered a portobello mushroom burger and added onions. It was fantastic. I am not a fan of crinkle cut fries, so I was dismayed to see that style there. SURPRISE- they were actually quite delicious. The team members were nice and efficient.“

I’m leaving a review because one of your staff members - young skinny gentleman with glasses - offered to help me change my tire tonight. I didn’t catch his name, I was flustered and pissed because I had a complete blow out and had a 16 hour work day and was trying to get back home when this happened. He mentioned he only saw his dad change a tire but stopped on a cold night to offer help. I eventually needed to call a service as My lug nuts were not coming off but, this worker offered me food from work.

I’m writing this in hopes management sees and praises/rewards this young person. He was so nice and went out of his way to attempt to help a stranger

“food was amazing so yummyFood was all hot and fresh. This was the first time my children had a&w and they just loved it. The girls working were friendly. Slight miscommunication on one drink but it was quickly rectified and not a big deal. I think all the chatter in the car made it hard for them to hear. (SORRY!) We ordered 3 very different meals but all 3 of us were happy!!! Excellent food and service.“

“Disclaimer: I love a good omlette with hashbrowns - and IHOP delivers each and every time perfectly. I checked out this location and it was very clean, staff was friendly and attentive, and food was of course yummy. The location I went to was busy - but no one rushed me out (of my table), coffee refills were there before asking, and this location was walking distance from my hotel (which in Greater Metro Detroit can be hard to find).
Update: Wanted to include a special shout-out to Larenda the Manager/Server I had - 150+% customer-service forward! Now I've been back a few times and the consistency is outstanding (which is so rare now most places) amongst ALL team members.“
