This is one of my favorite burgers!! Not only the burger, but the peanut oil fries are also delicious.

The french fries we're so salty they were unedible! The cheeseburger was put together so sloppy... Look like somebody stepped on it before they wrapped it... For the quality and what I spent I should have just went to McDonald's and saved money... I feel as though my money has been stolen... I will never go to another five guys ever again... 👎🗑️

It’s Sunday 11/16 at 9:30pm this place is not suppose to close until 10pm. I was going to order two meals but the two workers inside has the door locked and they are just staring and laughing. These two should be fired. Since this is not the first time it’s happened this needs to go to corporate. These are the type of workers that will make a business go under.

Hey so this is a slightly different review. Firstly, five Guys rocks in general and I’ll eat here anytime.
I’m leaving a review because one of your staff members - young skinny gentleman with glasses - offered to help me change my tire tonight. I didn’t catch his name, I was flustered and pissed because I had a complete blow out and had a 16 hour work day and was trying to get back home when this happened. He mentioned he only saw his dad change a tire but stopped on a cold night to offer help. I eventually needed to call a service as My lug nuts were not coming off but, this worker offered me food from work.
I’m writing this in hopes management sees and praises/rewards this young person. He was so nice and went out of his way to attempt to help a stranger
Thank you, whoever you were. The Cajun fries you gave me were great.

Eli was so pleasant and kind! Even when they were very busy they made time for quality assurance and communication with the customer! Loved them
Place an order the cashier made a mistake no big deal . The manager on duty Sky was rude disrespectful hide in the Back room when I ask for a refund she diffently don’t need to be serving customer the food area is very dirty instead of Sky being rude she need to clean up the restaurant.

Our 3rd and likely last time at this particular Five Guys. Our 1st visit was wonderful, 2nd was fair and this one terrible. The hamburgers were undercooked, buns soggy and tomatoes far from ripe while the French fries were sparse and overly salted. We went back and asked for new tomatoes and received two green slices which we tossed. The atmosphere temperature felt like those you associate with the morgue… way too cold and unenjoyable while the employees seemed quite bored to have to attend to our order. All in all one complete disaster. Our meal price was $25 which inappropriately happened to be 40% higher than a thoroughly enjoyable meal at Culver’s earlier in the month. So for the time being we’ll see if Culver’s can maintain their recent high standard and give Five Guys a chance to review their operations (at least at this particular establishment.)

I usually enjoy Five Guys, but this location was a complete disappointment. My burger was disgusting — it looked like it had been dipped in grease. The bun was soaked and falling apart, the meat was tasteless and undercooked, and everything was just a greasy mess. On top of that, it was ridiculously expensive for what I got. This is, without a doubt, the worst Five Guys I’ve ever been to.
