Portions were super cheap $25 for two half sandwiches. Size of the sandwich was like a half of a sub but priced as a “regular” sub. Whatever that means. Did enjoy the GF bread tho that was the only good part. There was barely any chicken or toppings it kinda just felt like I was eating bread with cheese. Kinda disappointed:(

I’ve always like the subs here but the last two times I went the girl cutting the meat slices it, puts it on the bread, then takes it off, puts it on scale and takes some of the meat off. There’s hardly anything left on it. Never seen this at any Jersey Mikes. Will not go to the Novi location again. Seems as if you order a mini turkey you should be able to visually put the right amount of meat on it.

Jersey mike's is quickly becoming jersey ripoff The prices continually go up and the portions, go down and then the employees wait for tips. Maybe since there are establishment, they work for is charging. A premium price, maybe they should tip the employees!

Have ordered pickup several times now with orders including adding and subtracting stuff from my subs, and not a single one was messed up. Will continue to order at this location without hesitation.

I got a BLT from here and I found a hair in my sandwich. It was blonde and I’m more of a brunette, kind of guy.

Awesome job! This store runs like a well oiled machine. Great customer service and tasty food. If you want a GOOD sub this is the place to go.
