There are a lot of Jets Pizza locations and over the years I’ve tried a few. It was a mistaken on line order that brought me to the Grand River location in Novi. This was the “best” mistake I ever made. The food is always cooked perfectly, orders always correct but the most impressive part of this store is the owner and his staff. I rarely write reviews on food places because there is little that hasn’t been said already. But I really need to about this Jets location.

For starters, I’ve been coming here for years. Always consistently great pizza.

But today, 9-12-2025,is I ordered my usual personal BBQ chicken pizza. Whoever was working today made an actual piece of art. I opened that pizza box and I had to just sit and admire it for a moment. I don’t take pictures...

This jetts location is hands down my favorite spot to order from. They are always super friendly and on time with the order even if they're busy. But that's what makes this place, amazing food and definitely worth the wait every time! Also the employees at this location definitely deserve a raise!
