Wonderful service, great food, very good prices! Can’t wait to go again with the family.
we went to eat at Novi Joe Kool. we were the only table at 5pm. 6 people at the bar. We ordered our food. we waited and waited. Finally our food came. Burger was cold as we're my nachos. we ate because we were hungry. we told our waitress and the manager came over. She told us the food lamp was turned off. Not our fault. would not recommend this restaurant.
We ate dinner here this friday July 11, 2025 at 4:30pm. 6 people at the bar, we were the only ones at a table. We ordered our dinner. We waited then our dinner came. Cold, husband's burger cold, my nachos, cold. We are because we were hungry. We told our waitress, who sent the manager. She said they turned off the heat lamp because it was too Hot. Our issue was Why didn't the waitress bring our food out to us right away? They had no answer. We Do Not recommend this Restaurant....read full review
