Then, the girl at the window looked like she would rather claw her own eyes out over being there. Will not be returning here. Food was awful. Orange juice was good.

Great service at drive through, hot food, hot barista coffee and speed of delivery. Only downside was their rewards system was down temporarily which might be an HQ thing.

In the middle of November on a Wednesday night 2 friends and I visited this McDonalds for only 3 drinks. When we arrived to the drive-thru the staff member tried to hand me a drink carrier and saw that one of the drinks was tipping and began to laugh as the drink spilled into my driver side of my car.
Since then (almost 4 months later now) nothing has been resolved. Ladonna Stewart from guest services tried assuring me this would be handled and when we reached a half*** agreement she had to change it up trying to make me go all the way to Dearborn from Oakland Twp to get my car cleaned after this process took me having to harass them for months and months.
Absolutely not McDonalds and Ladonna, shame on you guys as a multimillion dollar organization.

We politely asked the cashier if we could change the Sonic toy for another one, since we usually buy Happy Meals and it was the 3rd time we got the same one. So the cashier asked her manager and she told my 6 year old daughter that it wasn't Christmas, that they were all the same. Then, we saw other children with several of those toys different from our daughter's. The manager was very rude and threw our daughter's toy away.Unfortunately, my daughter saw her cruelty answer.

Food prepared sloppy. 10 minutes in drive thru with 3 people in front of me. Employees don’t seem happy to be working. No greeting. Just hand the food out the window and shut it. Seems fast food workers want higher wages, but don’t want to put the effort in. In reality though, it all comes down to management.
