JUST CLOSE THIS LOCATION ALREADY! It is still failing miserably. Every single time I order for my kids the food is bad.

This IS THE WORST LOCATION in the state. Quite possibly could be the worst location in the country. I knew I should have turned around when I saw what I thought was a customer hanging out the door smoking, but turned out to be an employee without a uniform. He turned me around because the inside was closed (@4:00 p.m.). Glad he did though because I got a look inside of the lobby-disgusting. For the heck of it, I went through the drive through just to see. Started my journey through the drive through, two more uniform-less employees, having a smoke, this time out the back door by the drive thru. I should've jumped out and lit one up with them because I would have had plenty of time to do it. Pulled up to pay and was greeted by yet another employee without a uniform on. Shocker, the order was completely wrong. Nuggets were short a few, plain chicken sandwich turned into a cheeseburger, and lo and behold, the first smoking employee was now at the window, sans gloves, sans uniform. As I write this review, I wonder if I should be writing an email to the health inspector. Needless to say, I'll never be back. And if you go, don't say I didn't warn ya. If I could give negative stars, I would.

Everytime I go here the shake machine is “broken” someone might wanna figure that out! gets pretty suspicious after a year

The people there were working really really hard to get the customers out in a timely manor They were short staffed. My food wasn't the best but I believe that if they had enough staff there it would have been better. I do appreciate what they employees tried to do.

*Edit* Having an employee vehicle with these window decals, makes this location look like trash. Especially when it's always parked right in front of the door so everyone has to walk past it. Disgusting. Corporate should be aware of this. **Worst McDonald's. Poor attitudes. Poor management. Almost always messing something up. No clue how they have a 3 star rating.

Great job leaving mobile ordering turned on while you're closed for construction. Glad I got to spend the money just so I could get a refund in 1-7 days.
Great job letting customers spend money for orders that can't possibly be fulfilled.
I am waiting in line and it’s been 4- mins and no one came to the register to assist. The drive thru line is backed all the way up. There is no way not one person came to the front to see if I needed help. I have cash so I can’t use the kiosk. This place sucks bad. Horrible customer service, the employees look dead and unprofessional.

Asked for two cheeseburgers no pickle extra ketchup, and they then gave me two cheeseburgers with extra pickle and absolutely no ketchup. Seemed purposeful.

You have to be sure to check your food before leaving. You order steak and egg and they have a tea butter on the sandwich. I did not ask for butter. I can ordered another McDonald getting same order, it’s made normal with grilled onions with hot cheese eggs.
