This location is terrible! It is consistently dirty and the garbage is always over flowing. The flavors are never full or out completely and the topping bar is disgusting. The BOGO event on 2/6 was a joke! They were way understaffed and there was no ice cream and a line out the door!
I took two kids for an after school treat. The woman working didn't say hello, ask if we needed help, or say thank you. The place was dirty. It will be awhile before we go back.
We love Menchie’s so much that my daughter ordered her birthday cake from them. It was beautiful and delicious!!!
