Was in with my granddaughters for the first time. We were very excited to try the cakes. The people behind the counter were extremely rude and unhelpful. The cakes were very good though. I won't be back to this location due to the rudeness we endured.

Extremely rude staff on the evening of 8/10. I’ve never had a problem at this location before but I drove a hour and came in to pick up my birthday cake and they were so mean. I’ll be going to another store from now on.

For some reason, they were discriminating against my teenager who came in very respectfully trying to redeem her birthday freebie and even showed them the actual email they sent her for her birthday. They scrolled through the email and saw the expiration date, the offer code, and everything they needed. And yet these Simpletons still asked her if she HAD AN ACCOUNT with Nothing Bundt. ??♀️ (How else did they know to send her a birthday email, if she didn’t have an account?) And they proceeded to give her a hard time. My family has been to this location MANY times and have redeemed our birthday reward many times and NEVER have been asked fifty billion questions, asked to show ID, and proof that we have an account to redeem this little freebie. They only gave her the freebie finally because I walked inside and advocated for her. I Spoke to the manager afterwards and she claims this nonsense is “policy.” So clearly they never follow their own policies because NEVER have we had to deal with such ridiculousness until today. Unacceptable.

Serving these to guest at a birthday celebration, I preordered minis. The staff not only called me twice to remind me to pickup my order but also stayed past closing as I struggled through highway construction to get there to pick them up! What a great crew. Thanks for your great service and kind hearts!

So delicious! Walked in and never been here before and needed just a little something for my husbands birthday (they have individual cakes and big cakes) and OMG the buttery moist chocolate chip Bundt cake was absolutely delicious! We will be returning! We will be trying all the flavors! This has become where I will go for all occassions!

Terrible service towards black people . A white woman was in first she was greeted he asked how was her day very cheerful with personality. It was my turn next I was picking up a free cake for my bday . He instantly stop smiling I was not greeted with hello or anything very quiet slientMade my first experience terrible I will never go back and will recommend no black people go.
