My family and I visited Outback Steakhouse in Novi when we lost power for two days straight at home, and were in desperate need of a nice hot meal. Kristen was our server and she offered us the most exceptional, friendliest, and cheerfully personable experience we could’ve hoped for! She was respectful and had a great sense of humor! Our appetizers and meals were served hot, fresh, and delicious! Our beverages were served ice cold and refilled without ever having to ask, and...

My partner and I always dread ordering delivery in our area (not Novi) because the options aren’t great, and our food almost always arrives cold or with something missing. Tonight we decided to give Outback a try, and it was PHENOMENAL.
The steaks were cooked perfectly, the shrimp were huge, and the salad was fresh. They even packaged every single topping for the baked potato separately, which was such a nice touch. And somehow, despite us being farther away,...

Catered lunch for a company meeting and it was great. Food was hot and actually tasted like it does in the restaurant, which is not always the case with catering. Order was ready on time and completely correct. The team we worked with was easy to deal with, they even helped carry bags out to my car. Definitely would use them again for the next one.
