The to go process is atrocious. My food is never hot when I get it and there’s always a crazy wait to get your food. No one greets customers or asks if they’re here for carry out. My order sat for 10 minutes while someone had to “fill my coke”

First and last time experience at Novi Shake Shack. Turned off by unsanitary kiosk. Was not able to customize cheeseburger or french fries extra well done. Restaurant table clean. Received our food and neither one of us were happy. My French fries were cold. Threw away most burger meat as I prefer it very well done. My friend complained her burger was cold. Stated it would have been good had it been hot. Service associate “Mikayla” welcoming, kind and exceptional. Very nice young lady. Almost fourteen dollars for a single small cheeseburger and small fry unacceptable. Especially since, half of lunch went into garbage. Thank you…

So…. I came in for a pickup. I can clearly see that my order is ready on the pick up table. There is a white male at the counter taking care of a customer with a gift card, which was fine. However… he walked by me 5 times… mind you, my order is visibly ready. All he had to do is ask me why I’m standing there. His 6th time walking by me, he completely abandons the counter and proceeds to go to the back making drinks. 8 minutes have passed by the way. 2 other employees walked by me as well. 3 more minutes pass and I see the male again( no name tag.. I wish he did because I would have preferred to leave his name) I stop him and say can o please have my order that’s been sitting there since I arrived. His entire disposition was rude. Anyway he verified my order and I went about my way. All I can say is…. This was very rude. For such so called upscale burger restaurant…. The customer service completely sucks. The food is good though but if I have to subject myself to service… it’s a hard pass. See my order just sitting there on the phone getting cold? lol smh

I ordered a portobello mushroom burger and added onions. It was fantastic. I am not a fan of crinkle cut fries, so I was dismayed to see that style there. SURPRISE- they were actually quite delicious. The team members were nice and efficient.

Food was pretty good... however after putting the number on my table I had to go use the restroom and they came by and took it off the table before my food was cooked so I had go go to counter to get my food... not a big deal but it was a bit odd... haven't had any of their shakes yet ... will go back because they were nice people working there.

The first time I visited, things were okay. My burger was a little salty not sure if it was salt on the burger or the cheese. I was disappointed When I ordered a large drink of 16 oz, I believe, half of it was ice so the next time I go and try it I will request no salt on my burger only pepper, and no ice in my drink if I buy a $4 drink that it's just too much I can go and get a drink at a gas station or party store for less than that. And if they're charging that because of a convenience fee, they need to recheck their fees. This place makes a profit on their drinks in the first couple hours of business every day.
