Ridiculous prices for such tiny burgers/sandwiches. I felt ripped off and was shocked when our food was brought to our table. My daughter’s burger tasted very dry. The best thing were the plain fries.

The overall what you get for what you pay weren’t there for my son and I. Ordered Black Truffle Burger. It was Nothing like the picture advertised on website. It looked like a plain regular burger from any other economical burger chain. Tasted ok. Definitely not worth $11 plus tax paid. Also ordered the Shack Burger, it looked pretty close to advertised picture. Tasted good but not at the price paid. The burger quality is slightly better than well-managed Wendy’s. My son wanted to try the place and we don’t think we’ll be going back anytime soon. Customer service was very good. Friendly staff.

Shake Shack please train your employees how unsanitary it is to keep the same gloves on to prepare food and run the register. That ruined our experience. That is how diseases including E-coli are spread.

Delicious Angus beef burgers are now offered at the newly selected location on Novi Crescent Boulevard. Now I am pleased that they have chosen this site, as it eliminates the need to drive to 8 Mile and Haggerty for Shake Shack.
Also, they offer a comfortable atmosphere ideal for relaxation and gatherings with friends and family. Highly recommend to those who love burgers.
Fries were cold. Chicken sandwich took up half the bun and was also cold. Hot dog was way overcooked and inedible. Definitely will not be back.
