I am not a huge Starbucks person, but tonight I had the most lovely experience with someone taking my order via the drive thru. The person on the other end was so friendly and helpful! Her name was Kaylee and she was a manager.
Typical Starbucks food and drink, but friendly service and smiles. This is something hard to find anymore, so it was very refreshing to be greeted with a “Good Morning” and a smile!
This store is always been consistent. If things go wrong management takes care well.
Today the drive through experience wasn’t great but I’m sure they will train staff well.
