They need more servers or something. A 2 hour wait, but after being seated, we were in the restaurant for over 3 hours. Our waitress was HUSTLING. She had so many tables and trying to balance them all must have been insane. We were waiting alot but we could see she was busy helping others. We didn't need to be there over 3 hours, but at the end we were SO ready to GO. If there were more servers, or people designated for tasks, such as cashiers, perhaps we wouldn't have...
The food here has been going downhill. The lettuce wraps they gave us all had brown lettuce which was gross. The table was dirty and the lamp they had on the table was covered in grime. The entrees we ordered were fine but the food was prepped sloppily. My tacos were sloppy and the black beans tasted weird.
