Like others, they blatantly overcharged us and others in line while I watched. They charged us an extra 1.50 per drink we ordered with no explaination. We got milk teas and they charged us 7.49 instead of the 5.99 then still added .75 for the tapioca.

Chewy boba and over charged. I ordered a brown sugar milk tea with boba (5.99 + .75) and they charged for a signature plus boba (7.49 + .75). My husband got a Thai tea and they did the same to him. Not honest practice. Will not be purchasing again.

While paying, before I could make a choice on how much I wanted to tip, the employee pushed the screen forward, forcing a tip amount on me. That is theft. I would never go back.

Really disappointed! We visited today with friends and ordered three different drinks — and all three were honestly terrible. No taste, no enjoyment, just a waste of money. Sadly, we had already left and couldn’t bring them back — we just threw them away. It was such a letdown! Didn’t expect this from a place that looked so promising.

I see consistency is key for them. They are rude and they add charges without telling you. We were charged an extra 3.30 for a tip when I put no tip. I feel like they did toss because they felt they could sneak it in on the teens. As a parent, I was not having it. Terrible business practices.
This place is a rip off. When you order the $5 drink they charge you $9 and don’t tell you why. It’s not posted anywhere and when I asked about, they argued with me and would not explain how this could be. I would have cancelled the order but they already ran my credit card. The staff is rude. I would never go here again.

Just tried the one is belden village mall and im beyond disappointed. I was charged for double Boba when I didn't ask for it, charged for brown sugar and when I asked they said it was for sweetness when I didn't ask for it. The tea is ok at best. I didn't check before I paid and that's OK me and it was busy so I just took the loss but check the charges before paying. Won't go back.

you will always have to pay 8-9 dollars for 1 drink. i asked them why i have to pay more for “double boba” if im already paying for a large and they just told me that if i get a large i have to pay for extra boba. they wouldn’t take the charge off even if i asked for less. this place is a total scam there are other better boba places nearby!!

The drinks taste very good. The reason for my low rating is the blatant false advertising and extra charges that the employees add to the drink costs. On 1/11/25 I ordered the ‘signature’ drink but they added extra costs for tapioca even though that is included in the advertisement and the menu states that ‘the signature’ drink should include 2 toppings. When I saw the extra charge and inquired as to why it was added, the male gentleman stated that only the mango and kiwi was included in the signature and that adding it would result in a “bad taste”.
