I've used this location many times, but there is a new person there who is just awful. The food and smoothies they make are terrible. I've been trying to give the benefit of the doubt, but this is the third time is been bad. I even threw it away today. Quesadilla not even melted at all, smoothie way too sweet. She is also very cold in person there as well. Please invest in better staff. From now on I'll come in to see who is working first before I waste my money

Always a pleasant experience! Great food, great smoothies. My go to lunch spot. This gentlemen, Rick, works here and is super friendly and a very a hard worker. Guy deserves a raise! Always has a great attitude and goes out of his way to say hello, which I can surely appreciate! Can’t say a negative thing about anyone who works here. All around a great spot. Thank you Tropical Smoothie and especially Rick for making every experience a pleasant one!

This was my first time ordering from this location. I ordered what I usually get at every other location in this state. On Wednesday 04/17/2024 @9:00am, this location/staff served me the quickest & friendliest. Not only that, but this location/staff made the best & most filling/satisfying order than any location I’ve been to in my 3 years of ordering my favorite food item. I wish every location/staff could prepare my meal as efficiently as this location/staff. This was probably the best Trop experience thus far. Certainly the most memorable. Hopefully the staff during this shift will be recognized for their efforts. Thank you!

I’ve been to this location countless times. I frequent every tropical smoothie near me and far. As it is my favorite restaurant for fast, healthy food. Today’s experience was an exception. It was terrible. We were never acknowledged by the staff. They were a little bit busy. Which I understand however, they never looked at any of the three customers. Myself included. Never said we’d be with you in a moment or anything. I left.

People go to Tropical Smoothie, for smoothies. Not for a fruit and vegetable blended slushie from 7/11. This is the 4th time I've had this issue at this location (mind you, it wasn't busy and there was no rush). When you can tell just by looking that your smoothie wasn't blended fully, you know it's not going to be good. I go here because it's close to work. Not anymore. Too inconsistent.Do better

Rude rude rude ! Idk who does the hiring but it’s been like this for two years now . They have their boyfriends there while working. Terrible listening, and hold conversations with each other instead of talking to the customers . They don’t change their gloves after talking on the phone .

This is one of the better locations I’ve been to. This is way better than the one down the road on Grand River and Wixom.
Visited a couple of times. Smoothies good, the restaurant could be cleaner.

Ordered my smoothie for 725am. Got there and no one was there. As I was pulling out someone was getting there to open the store 30 min late. Not very reliable open times. The smoothies are good when it's open though.

Walked in, stood for 5 mins before Ricky greeted me. Chose to finish the dishes before even acknowledging that I was standing there when he made eye contact with me when I walked in. There was a girl in the back who seen me and again failed to acknowledge me or even say hi. Ordered a hummus wrap. The avocado must’ve been expired bc it sour. Horrible customer service.
