I am absolutely appalled at how both myself and my husband were treated at this location. We ordered three smoothies online, 45 minutes ahead of schedule. When we arrived at our online order time, my husband was informed that the smoothies would be made next. Ordered lunch from Tropical smoothie through the App, 30 minutes later delivered but only partial order…. Let driver know food is missing when she hands me smoothies. She shrugs and says that was all that was set out and just walks out. I call the location and the manager answers and says he’ll bring it, verifies address.
