“5 Stars because, as a fellow small business owner, I know how important reviews are. I also understand how difficult it can be to find good employees. My juice was fabulous. However, dear business owner, I am not impressed with the 2 young ladies running your shop as I write this review. I placed my order online and received an auto responder telling me that my two juices would be ready in 20 minutes. A fairly long wait but I ran another errand and arrived at your store 25 minutes later to pick up my order. The two young ladies who were sitting around with no customers in the store had not even noticed that an order had been placed. So, I had to wait even longer while they prepared my order. They were reasonably efficient at making my juices. Nonetheless, it was not the quick in-and-out experience that one would hope for.“

“Everything I had was delicious! The scallion pancake was my favorite! I also got the bento box with curry chicken and everything in it was so tasty also! Edward was extremely helpful in explaining the different items and options. He made a few recommendations too, which was appreciated. He helped me with customizing my milk tea sweetness and suggestions for the rolled ice cream. He was also so nice to chat with! I look forward to a return visit to try other items as well! I would definitely recommend coming here!“

“This was my first Shake Shack experience. We ordered a late night dinner that did not disappoint. We decided to try this place because it had something that sounded good for everyone. I ordered the shroom burger and cajun fries. They were so good. Everyone woth me enjoyed their burgers/ hotdogs of choice. I would definitely recommend trying Shale shack!“
