Cool experience! They had a robot bring out the kids some ice cream. They also had origami for the kids. The cook was great. They have a Ginger salad dressing instead of the peanut and there noodles are very differnt and cooked in the back kitchen. They remind me of a chow may noodle instead of a udon.

Why make a reservation if you’re still going to wait? We waited 45 minutes after our reservation time and finally left. Very disappointing because we were trying to celebrate a birthday and traveled for hibachi. Unacceptable.

This was my first hibachi experience! I am gluten *intolerant* and the server and chef (despite a slight language barrier) fully understood that I didn't mind my food being cooked on the cook top in front of us, but just wanted no soy sauce or teriyaki sauce (which contains gluten). They will cook your food in the back, I'm assuming on a clean cook top, if you have a gluten allergy.The food was amazing! Some of the best fried rice I have ever had. Steak cooked perfectly. Service was great considering there was only one woman serving and hosting all the guests in the restaurant. She did amazing! Ambience could use a little more work. However, it worked just fine for a family dinner.Would 100% come back here. The amount of food you get for the price is very reasonable.Dietary restrictions: Lots of GF options, though they are not labeled. For hibachi, just ask for no soy sauce or teriyaki. Safe for interolant folks but maybe not the best place for celiac folks. They did seem to have the ability to cook GF food on a clean cook top in the back.

The day we came the restaurant was very chaotic, and there were numerous angry patrons. The section that they were trying to seat us still had rice all over the floor (it looks like someone spilled a plate worth of rice) and the counter was sticky. After we were sat they told us to relocate as there was a group that waited a little longer that needed to be sat. I had no problem with waiting, but got a little upset that I was called, told to sit down, and then had to get back up and wait about 5 more minutes for someone to clean an adjacent section. The food was good but the services weren’t attentive and some plates that weren’t finished were taken before we could rebuttal. The cola I had was also really flat. Overall as the food was fair I would have to give the score a 3 out of 5.

Great show and atmosphere. Food is on par with other hibachi with one exception, the steak is frozen food serce grade. Stick with chicken and fish.

Honestly this was the worst service I've experienced in a long time. I see why they add gratuity in the bill. Our Fried sushi roll came out before my drink did, our server got my order wrong and it was a whole thing to fix it with the chef, & once the chef came out we didn't see our server again. Then It literally took like 10 minutes to even cash out. I would recommend carry out only. Seriously not coming back here again. I was extremely disappointed. Specifically the server Leon, he seemed like he was there as a punishment or something he really did not even try and could really care less

The chefs, food, and experience have gone down hill. If you’re lucky to get the one trained hibachi chef you’ll most likely have a good experience. Also if you plan on having an adult beverage, then I would think again. The liquor is not what you order and you will be let down. The price of admission is not worth your time. The place smells like a dirty fish tank that is extremely past due for a deep cleaning when you walk in. However the yum yum sauce and ginger salad dressing are tasty. My advice to Wasabi is to invest in your restaurant and people will come back.

The service was great. Sashimi was awesome. Loved the presentation. Updated Mar2022- Men's room is my only complaint. Very bad smell last few times we were there. Updated Jan2024- The restaurant was only mediocre this time. Sashimi deluxe was fair but really downgraded on the quality of fish. Service was slow and not very attentive. Order was mixed up but corrected. Hopefully this was a one time thing but if not this will not be on our list any longer.

The food is always delicious here but last night I was picking up food for me and my wife, and as we were waiting, we had a horrible experience: the server greeted us with crumbles allover his mouth and... you won't believe this... he was LOUDLY playing Call of Duty using one of the restaurants TV surely ruining the atmosphere for people dining in as well. I have never seen something like this in a somewhat fancy restaurant! I couldn't believe my eyes and my ears!!

The Food was decent. Went there for lunch with the family. The wife didn't like it thought it was a lil dirty. It was our first time at a hibachi so didn't know what to expect. The cook was friendly. Wasn't great but wasn't bad either

Visited Wednesday night for a birthday party. Arrived at 6 for reservations: no bartender and place was extremely short handed. We didn't get seated until just after 7 and waited another 2 hours for dinner service! Drink orders were slow and mishandled. No real communication or training could be found here. The chef didn't read the room well and was too playful with a hungry crowd. The lobster wasn't prepared properly, and there was complaints about the smell of the seafood. The bathrooms need some attention too.

Waitress was hard to find once the order was placed. Food was meh. Several people complained of upset stomachs later that night and the next morning. Place was a little dirty. Not a great experience overall. Not crowded so we got right in if looking for a positive.
