“If you want an outstanding bagel, you MUST try New York Bagel. I walked in and was greeted with such friendly energy from the lady at the cash register. Fresh Parmesan bagels were coming right out of the oven, so of course I couldn’t pass them up. How fantastic. Crunchy outside, soft steamy inside, most delicious flavor. And for a mind blowing price. “The food? Amazing. I have always loved Einstein bagels. However, I have to say, the young woman working the order register needs to improve her customer service skills. When I walked in, she was chatting with another young woman who was working there. As I approached the register, she turned her back on me rather than greet me. When she turned around she still said nothing to me. When the manager asked her why she was having a conversation instead of assisting me, she said,"she's looking at the menu!" I was looking at the menu because she was obviously too busy to ask me if I needed assistance.“

“This location is located inside the gas station and is very convenient if you want to grab a quick sandwich with coffee to go. I had an Asiago bagel with cream cheese for 7 bucks. 5 Stars for the girl working at the counter as she was very polite and helpful.“

“I placed a catering order with Jersey Bagel over the phone for an early Sunday morning pickup, and the entire experience was seamless. When I arrived, Natalie was already there and had everything prepped and ready to go. She wheeled the order out to my car, and the presentation was great. Natalie was super friendly and easy to work with. I highly recommend their catering service for any holidays or events!!! Reliable, well-organized, and delicious!“

“I stopped into this Einstein Bros Bagels location on a snowy Thursday to get a baker's dozen bagels with 2 tubs of cream cheese and a coffee for myself. It wasn't busy and they had everything ready to go quickly for me. They were very polite and fast. The pricing is also very reasonable. My customers really enjoyed their bagels!“

This is the Lawrence Tech. Location. It is open for students and staff during the day and is separate from the Southfield road location. Moreover, the staff here always goes above and beyond for me and my sidekick. I can not say I have had a more positive experience in any other local coffee shop. It is hard to find educated genuine staff that is respectful of people with disabilities. “I’ve been driving past this place everyday for the last year and just recently stopped in and haven’t stopped since. I am always greeted when I walk in and the women are super helpful. My first time she explained the entire menu to me and all the options. Even told me what bagels just came out of the oven. And when I tell you it was UNREAL I mean it! Egg and sausage sandwich on Asiago was so fresh and so tasty. I’ve gone a handful of times since and ever single time I walk out in a better mood. Elaine’s has amazing bagels and their hazelnut coffee is unmatched. You got yourself a regular. I recommend this place to anyone!“

“Stopped in today while I was in the area. Been wanting some fresh “homemade” bagels. Got my husband a sausage egg and chz bagel and he loved it. Got my self 2 bagels and cream cheese and got 2 dog bagels. Everything was good and reasonably priced. Will be stopping back by whenever I’m in the area again.“
