One 8oz sandwich with a pickle spear and tiny cup of coleslaw. It cost $26.61. Who's got money like that for a sandwich? It was good but I'm not sure how this place stays in business
This is my go to for pastrami sandwiches. Service is good but the place needs some rehab. It probably has the same furniture as when it first opened. Looking forward to my next visit.
Really I'm in full support of the Bread Basket. I just thought is was a little sub par this visit to the og one in Oak Park. The floors were oddly slippery. Slippery like when you use too much wax oil but don't have actual real wood floors that absorb the wax oil. Anyhow food was good. Those sandwiches are always tasty tasty in my book.
