now I'm not ashamed to tell you I'm a pizza snob, I spent 29+ years eating pizza from NY & NJ.
This pizza reminded quite a bit of the old Sicilian slices i used to get at my childhood pizza shop. keep up the great work and the great food. thank you for a great meal!
Pie sci offer unique ingredients and combination like tofu bacon, fig , sweet potato, and etc. They have vegan ingredients too. I was skeptical at some of the combination but it turns out good.
Their pepperoni pizza remind me old Papa John. 2000s Papa John's. Which is very good.

Pie sci was a small corner pizza place in the midddle of a residential neighborhood… and I wish I had this in my neighborhood. Pizza options were endless, vegan options galore, clearly marked. I will definitely be back when I am headed to Detroit.
