Thankfully they were open and not too busy at 11:30am on Labor Day. Service was friendly, menu had all the standards for a family restaurant, and they were serving breakfast until 4. The whitefish was fresh caught and cooked perfectly, and the Brew City fries were crispy and delicious. Highly recommend the black cherry pop that is brewed locally.
Seriously this was the best place we ate in the last 7 days visiting Michigan. Stopped and ate at all the more popular restaurants in all the small towns between Holland and Mackinac City. This was the best by far. Ashley was our server and she was so pleasant. Highly recommend this restaurant over any other local restaurant.
Sorry I can't share the entire meal presentation, but I just dug right in! This is the Pecan encrusted Whitefish. Do not pass up this one! Flavorful and satisfying. Their soups are all homemade, so an added bonus.
