This location is cleaner than other Biggby locations in the area. Seating is ok. Not particularly comfortable, not plush but clean and adequate.

I’m a huge fan of Biggby. It’s my every day morning stop. But this particular location just can’t seem to get it together. No matter how early I order my coffee and bagel, it’s NEVER ready when I go to pick it up. There have actually been a few times where they claim they didn’t even get my online order when I know it was ordered at the correct location. Again, I love Biggby. I will continue to support the business but I need this location to get it together.

The staff working the 1pm shift yesterday (blonde girl) was the SWEETEST. And she made the best caramel iced coffee i’ve genuinely ever had. I’m usually really awkward ordering things but she was so so nice it made it like 10 times easier. Great coffee as well!

My wife and I often stop on weekends before our grandkid’s hockey games up the road off Hannah. It can be very busy or totally dead in here but the staff is usually quick to get our coffee/chai tea orders prepared. No drive through option here but parking is usually available right out front. Just need to be careful backing out.
Parking: Parking spots are a bit tight especially in snowy weather.

Ordered two cups of coffee. Both large one was hot the other was an iced coffee both were wrong not the right flavor and both came hot.

Inquired on a frozen sugar free drink. Was lectured at length on how she could not do that because the texture would be off. That none of the frozen drinks are good. Said I would try it anyway, this resulted in another incessant lecture on why I should not do sugar free. Tried to order just reduced cal frozen drink. Again informed the texture would be off. Finally just told her forget it just make my husband's drink. Then she offered to make the frozen drink using hot water. SERIOUSLY?!?! What is the point of a hot frozen drink? I have had many sugar free and reduced cal drinks at this location and enjoyed them. (And I do understand the sugar free is not 100 % sugar free because of the base.) This was always a bathroom and coffee stop into and out of town for every visit to Spartan Stadium. Every home football game, basketball game and what ever other excuse to go to the campus or visit friends. Sadly looks like we need a new stop.
