Terrible - I ordered through the website and food FINALLY arrived an hour and a half later with a half filled bowl and only half my order. It was cold and gross. I called and they said they would remake it when the driver got there but obviously don't care about making people sick. Not even a bare minimum effort. So disappointing.

Stopped in during a pretty busy moment on 1/22/26, and John and his team were amazing. My order was mis-made, and they fixed it right away with total professionalism and no hassle. They kept things running smoothly, stayed friendly, and made the whole experience way easier than it could’ve been. Honestly, the entire crew deserves raises. Five stars, easy.

Ordered food tonight, picked up after a long day of work, got home 45 mins away, sat down to eat and CRUNCH .... Why is my rice crunchy? Wet and crunchy. I am guessing it's undercooked but this is not consumable. It's raw rice. I am disappointed. I called to let the restaurant know and there is no way to contact anyone, it's all automated. When I used the link from the email confirmation they went, it only gave me the option to give feedback. I want a refund, my food went into the trashcan. I work hard for my money, this feels like robbery. Can the owner of this location please contact me? I have photos, my order number, all of the info needed

The Loki Project

This is the second (and last) time I’ve ordered food from this chipotle where the rice is completely crunchy and uncooked. Not to mention you can’t even reach anyone via phone which was the frustration the first time they messed up my order. The food is inedible and they never make it right so you’re just throwing your money away. If you want to be pissed, hungry and lose out on $30 bucks buying food that goes straight into the trash - I would highly recommend otherwise I’d suggest hitting the Qdoba instead. At least your food won’t be raw

Verily, I give great praise unto this Chipotle, for the service was swift and most gracious. The attendants served me as though I were a guest of noble standing. The short-statured attendant did an excellent deed in helping me fashion my bowl with care and skill. Each ingredient was bestowed with patience and good will. I departed well fed and most pleased, and I shall surely return

This is a great location to drive thru quickly. They have online order and pick up that is super easy. Inside is usually busy, but the staff do a great just job as a team to keep lines moving. Thanks Chipotle for always being there!

Genuinely the most pathetic amount of protein I’ve ever gotten. Guy who made my food put a whisper of steak in the bowl. I also got a burrito and he did the same thing with the chicken. I asked for more chicken, and he put 3 extra little chunks in my burrito. Prepared the food with dirty hands too. Sour cream all over the foil of my burrito and salsa on the bottom of my bowl, got all over my hands and on my clothes when I sat down in the car. Terrible place, go to a different chipotle or go to Qdoba.

There was an entire wad of hair in my pork bowl. Not a strand. Not a rogue little whisker. A full-on knotted bundle, like it had been saving up for a rainy day.

When I pointed it out, the counter worker at least had the decency to look horrified and apologize. The manager, however? Nothing. Not even a “sorry about the biohazard in your lunch.” Just a shrug and business as usual.

Finding a hair in your food is bad. Finding a wad and then getting zero acknowledgment from the person in charge? That’s a whole new level of nope.

Chipotle… where the guac costs extra and so does basic hygiene… 🤢
