There was an entire wad of hair in my pork bowl. Not a strand. Not a rogue little whisker. A full-on knotted bundle, like it had been saving up for a rainy day.

When I pointed it out, the counter worker at least had the decency to look horrified and apologize. The manager, however? Nothing. Not even a “sorry about the biohazard in your lunch.” Just a shrug and business as usual.

Finding a hair in your food is bad. Finding a wad and then getting zero acknowledgment from the person in charge? That’s a whole new level of nope.

Chipotle… where the guac costs extra and so does basic hygiene… 🤢

Very nice staff. They loaded my burrito completely full, it was barley able to close there was so much food. The manager was also super helpful and scanned my free queso after I had already paid. (You technically need a min purchase to get the reward and they went out of their way make sure I got it.) I will be coming back

This place is always DIRTY. Being busy is understandable, but your food bar should be cleaned throughout the shift. Change your gloves, clean your drink machines, and tidy up when serving people food.

What an absolute sad excuse of a place. You will wait 40-45 minutes for your order just to be told they are put of all the toppings you want which is crazy considering how few they have. Not a single person moving faster than a snail. Crew members just standing around doing nothing or making themselves food while you sit there and pray to God they make your food.

I usually love Chipotle, but my last visit was awful. First of all, the counter was filthy, it looked like it hadn't been wiped down all day. My biggest complaint is that I got charged for chip and guac, that the kid at the counter never gave me. I called because I couldn't turn around and go back due to already being on the freeway and heading out of town. The girl on the phone never apologized, and literally said "so what do you want me to do about it" ... I understand they couldn't issue a refund without my card, but an apology and maybe a coupon or something would have been nice. 0/10 wouldn't not recommend the Okemos Chipotle...

Their Gm is not honest to employees they lie and fire people for stupid reasons. They don't wash their hands and none of the workers are competent do know eat here if you have respect for yourself

We go here maybe once a month but would go more if the service was good. At least 75% of the time there are out of something we always get. Chicken, veggies (very common), a salsa, some other meat, and they never say it’ll be up soon. The adds just ok with being out.

Today, it was the cheese. How do you run out of cheese? They told me it takes an hour to grate. Huh? Like you can’t start grating it so the 10 people in line right now can have cheese? How did you suddenly run out? Was there a surprise run on cheese? That’s usually the response I get here - tough luck, we’re out.

I remember Chipotle line workers used to yell out the levels of the ingredient to the prep workers in the back. They used to never be out of stuff and it was always fresh. What happened? Is it just this location with horrible management? I dunno. But I for sure skip over getting Chipotle from here since I know there’s a huge chance something I want will be old or out and I’ll get upset at the workers nonchalant attitude about it
