I got 2 peach teas and they gave have these black things on the bottom of the cup. I’ve come here a couple times and have never seen this before, not sure if the cups weren’t clean or what happened.

Very nice place recommend it.Had a mango lyche Bobba tea felt refreshing and good.koi tea has some good signature Bobbas and a lot of regular selection. One thing I would say is the air refresher is too strong couldn’t sit longer and it’s just me. Great experience.

Excellent bubble tea. They use real, very high quality ingredients at a reasonable price - boba is included in the price for most drinks too. They have great signature drinks and also unique drinks like durian milk tea and kumquat fruit tea. The staff are very friendly and offer great suggestions. Overall I highly recommend Koi Tea.

Was asked if I didn’t mind them violating a health code violation in order to avoid remaking a drink they made wrong and acted as if I was being the unreasonable one when I said no. And their boba is nasty it’s mushy yet hard somehow and the drink tastes sour. Strange and disappointing experience. You’re better off spending $8 on the cheapest boba and matcha at the international market down the street and spending 5 minutes to make it at home then waste your money on this.

Good staff and friendly but unfortunately the flavors are watered down and sometimes it can be hard to pick out the flavor. Used to like going here.
I ordered a taro slush, which I’ve gotten here before and it was completely watery, not even blended with ice the quality was just horrible the barista was the only one in there and clearly doesn’t know how to make the drinks. It sucks paying for a $7+ drink and not getting the same quality every time smh

Friendly staff, great drinks, and at a great price point compared to other boba shops. I love that you don’t need to pay extra for tapioca in the milk teas. I recommend the Thai Green Milk Tea with boba and cheese foam, or even any of the slushee drinks. They’re open most holidays too, making it a viable sweet treat spot! :)

I’ve come here many times always ordering online. Every time I arrive 10-15 minutes after placing the online order to it not being ready and being asked to wait. This last time I waited while 4 in person orders were made and then my online order. The online order was placed at 6:57 and I walked out with my drink at 7:12. I thought the point of ordering ahead was for it to be ready when you arrived or shortly after. I question ordering from them again since this wasn’t a first.

My sister moved to the Okemos area about 2 years ago for a short period of time. During that time, I discovered Koi Tea through a google search. Boy am I glad I did! Koi Tea is easily my favorite place for tea now. I live about an hour and a half away, and anytime we are remotely near Koi Tea I beg to stop. Anytime I go I get at least 4 Peach Fruit Teas, and I will never not get that amount. I love it dearly, and will never stop coming!
