It was a good experience. We had breakfast and the food was good, the service was great. She was very attentive, and the staff in general were nice. We were greeted when we walked in and seated right away.
Today we had a chance to dine at the Big Boy by Great Lakes Mall. A Saturday about 1:45pm the breakfast buffet was still going which I got. My son got endless spaghetti and my wife got the turkey dinner.The buffet was not great. Sausage was floating in grease. Bacon was good as was the scrambled eggs with cheese. My husband and I decided to stop into this Big Boy on Sunday morning. Our server, Carrie, was working alone and we were the 11th table she was taking care of simultaneously with absolutelyno help. She had such a great attitude, was cheerful and gracious about the whole thing and we were so impressed. We had the breakfast buffet and thought it was good as well. We hadn't eaten at a Big Boy in years but, thanks to Carrie, we will definitely be back.
